Great service! We had a shuttle bus booked with Impala from Nairobi to Moshi. Due to the last minute flight change we were not able to take the bus. In the late evening customer service managed to organise private transfer for us for the next day morning and saved our safari plans 😊
The drive itself was comfortable and safe, the driver is a great person, he helped us with the baggage on the border, showed us a nice please for lunch and explained a lot about surroundings.

I had an exceptional experience using Impala Shuttle to go from Arusha to Nairobi. I reached out to them over WhatsApp (+255 743 666 663) and they always replied promptly to any questions that I had - I was even able to reserve seats over WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this as an affordable option to travel between Arusha and Nairobi.
Upon our arrival in the morning for departure, a friendly woman greeted us, who spoke English very well, and took our cash payment. The driver of the bus also spoke English really well. Our bags were loaded up and we were off. The bus was clean and relatively comfortable for someone my height. There were several planned bathroom stops along the way, or if you really couldn’t hold it, the driver would be able to pull over at the next convenient rest stop. My only minor complaint is that the bus felt quite hot - there were air outlets above the seats that either didn’t work or weren’t switched on. It was bearable, but for such a long road trip, it was a bit stuffy. I suppose we could have opened our window, though we opted to keep the blind closed to block the sun.
The border crossing was quite smooth - they asked for our passports, visas, and a yellow fever certificate. Visas needed to be printed (reason unknown in 2023) but there was a paid printing station available. There was also a currency exchanger.
